With this license any person acquires right to obtain (download or copy) and use free of charge the Arian AMU fonts (hereinafter “The Fonts”). Everyone without any limitations can copy, use and disseminate the Fonts. However the following conditions must be met:
this permission must be included in any copy, even if it is a file representing one style;
the Font can be changed or complemented with additional characters, however their title can not contain words “Arian”, “AMU”, “Tarumian”, be they written in Latin and/or Armenian characters or with any script system;
in case changed fonts are disseminated or used there should be a clear indication that they derive from the Arian AMU fonts;
The Fonts or items created on the basis of the Fonts may not be an object of sale. However, they may be sold as an integral part of a programme package, in case the latter is other than font (related) product.
THE FONTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY – APPARENT OR SUPPOSED, INCLUDING THAT RELATED TO USABILITY / APPLICABILITY OF THE FONT. RUBEN HAKOBYAN (AKA TARUMIAN) IN NO WAY CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY, INCLUDING INDIRECT, HARM, WHICH CAN BE ASSOCIATED WITH USE, OR IMPOSSIBILITY OF USE, OR ANY OTHER ACTION RELATED TO THE FONT.
Issues pertaining the use of the Fonts and not clarified in this Permission must be consulted with and agreed upon by Ruben Hakobian (Tarumian). For further information contact post@tarumian.am.
